Who am I
A little bit about myself. I worked in Community Health for 8 years. I worked with military personnel, military families, children, adolescents, couples, and adults. As an outpatient licensed marriage and family therapist, I provided families, individuals, and couples who faced anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, disconnection, and family-based challenges. I have nine years' experience in the military and eight years' experience in the Army as a civilian. I believe no matter where you started, your story can be anything you’re willing to work towards.
I am certified in the Gottman Method and play therapy. I am recently certified in neurodivergent affirming play therapy.
I also have a lot of experience working with kids with autism and ADHD. Only see kids if parents are willing to have sessions as well. However, do not prescribe medication. Please see a psychiatrist for medication.
